Cannot connect to cloud

I am trying to upload files from my hero 7 white to the cloud and it keeps saying unable to connect to cloud. Videos on my app have filled my phone storage. Have tried factory reset on camera and camera fully charged and plugged in

Hi @philipp673

 

Try resetting the camera then setup auto-upload again.

You can also upload the files to the cloud from the app.

If you already have the files stored on the app, check if you have the Mobile Upload option selected.

Go to your profile then select Settings> My Account> Mobile Upload

Hi,
One thing you can try to start the process fresh.
-> Navigate to GoPro app Settings while signed in and go to "My Account" > "Account Information" > "Manage Devices" > Find your device > tap the X next to it to remove it.
