Cannot connect to HERO 8 camera after setting up auto-upload

Hello,

 

I setting up auto-upload with app Quik for iOS but now I cannot connect to my HERO 8 via Wi-Fi. I need this connection to get a camera preview and to viewing media on camera. My HERO 8 is on version 2.50 and I use Quik for iOS 8.4 (5054).

 

I already reset the network connection on camera and on my iOS device few times. Then I reconnected the camera with the app and the WiFi connection works again. I get camera preview and can viewing media on camera. Next I configured the auto-upload and the connection problem occurs again.

 

Do you have an idea how to set up my camera correctly so that both features are working or is it simply not possible?

What phone are you using?

What version is the app on?

Can you please check if changing the camera's Wi-Fi Band will help.

Preferences>Connections> Wi-Fi Band

What version is the app on?

Can you please check if changing the camera's Wi-Fi Band will help.

Preferences>Connections> Wi-Fi Band
