Can’t save clip from app to my phone [ New ]

Hello.
I saved one Clip to my phone 1.30 Minutes but now I’m trying to save another clip of 17 minutes and I get a failed message
Please help me on how to save this clip

@snowycrest033, please make sure that your mobile device has sufficient storage space available. A 17-minute video is likely a large file.

You may also try to unpair and re-pair your camera to the app or reboot your phone for further troubleshooting.

Personally, for a 17-minute video I would put it on my computer and not on my mobile, it's way to big for mobile.
