Can't Create new movie

Hi. After all long time, and many attempts, I was able to connect my GP 7 black to GoPro App and send movie to my phone.
Now Quick App says that during making movie, an error occurred. That's all.
Not any instruction what to do.
I've reload movie, delated it and upload again. The same.
Doesn't work.

Is it usable some way?

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @toughmesa2803. See if the tips here https://gopro.com/help/articles/question_answer/Quik-for-mobile-Crashes will help clear the issue. Let us know what you find out.

@toughmesa2803 Sorry about that, I would suggest to follow the tips provided by @mariustanya 

Also try to add media progressively, add some, then see if preview works, adds some more etc... Maybe there's some media that is corrupt or has some issues causing to preview to fail.

What phone are you using? Do you have your phone and the app up to date?

Were you able to go over the steps on the link shared above?

Dear GoPro, your tips doesn't help at all, and Quick App is just crappy. It's good when works but mostly doesn't work, so is crappy.
It is my last GoPro camera, and time yo find new app instead of Quick.
