Can I stop my videos saving in slow motion, when adding to iMovie I have to change them back

@pagey156 - The files themselves are not saved as slow motion files in the GoPro. They're saved as regular video files with high frame rates, which can be converted to slow motion videos while editing. You can test this by moving the files onto your computer and playing them in your regular video player. They should play at normal speed.

 

The likely thing going on here is that there's something in the iMovie settings that is treating the higher frame rate videos as 30fps videos.
