Camera can't connect to mobile App

Hi please help me out, i just updated my OS to oreo 8.1 recently, and before that my phone and gopro Hero 5 black paired to each other well, but after the update of my phone i just cant used the camera mode of my gopro app they are connected but when Im trying to use the camera using my phone it always make a notification like this "make sure WI-FI or bluetooth are turned on" even though both are On and even my GPS, by the way im using Asus Zenfone 4. Hope someone can help me thank you so much!

Hi @captainwho

 

Try to unpair the camera and pair it again.

Delete the camera name from the app.

Reset the Wi-Fi settings of the camera.

Then proceed with the pairing process again.

Please note that you may need to forget the Bluetooth ID if it does not connect.

You may also try to uninstall/reinstall the app.

Yes, I already did everything, i even re install the app, restart ny phone unfortunately it still have the same issue it cannot detect neither my wifi nor my bluetooth , i tried to connect my gopro to my sister's iphone 7 to check if my camera has a problem and i worked with her gopro App as well.

It might be a compatibility issue or other factors.
