Bluetooth connection not working

So I've been trying all night to connect my gopro to my phone via Bluetooth, I've only very done it once before so I know it works but this time my gopro is being weird and every time I turn it on its automatically records and when I try to stop it it shuts off, also the touch screen has stopped working...

Hello, @quickalp84222. It seems that your camera has the QuikCcapture enabled. This is what you observed with the camera recording right on power on and shutting down when the recording is stopped. Learn more about this feature through this article What is QuikCapture & How Does it Work?


Which phone are you using and which OS is it on? Make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS and that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed. After the updates, restart your phone, clear cache (cache only, not data) on the app settings if accessible, and try pairing with the camera again.


What do you get on the touchscreen? What is meant by it not working?
