Sorry to hear about the trouble. Any particular error message that you are getting? Aside from resetting the password, what other troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you been able to uninstall and re-install the GoPro App? See if it will help clear the login issue. Also see if you will be able to login to the GoPro App using a different mobile device.
