Re: Android 9 update breaks gopro fusion video editing.
[ New ]Hello @sonerkinaci. Which version of GoPro App do you have installed? Is there any error message associated with the black screen? Does killing the app help?

Re: Android 9 update breaks gopro fusion video editing.
[ New ]Thank you for the details you provided, @sonerkinaci. We will pass this along to the team and see what could be done. If available, will you be able to verify if Fusion file editing is still possible with an Android 8 device? Thanks!

Re: Android 9 update breaks gopro fusion video editing.
[ New ]I have noticed that it seems to not be connecting via Bluetooth as well, but the black screen shows up on both local and gopro files so maybe it is an isolated issue. I also got a notification of device incompatibility that popped up once, haven't seen it again.
It really sucks to get such an awesome product only to have it break on you the next day, so any assistance on a fix would be really awesome.

Re: Android 9 update breaks gopro fusion video editing.
[ New ]Hi Everyone!
To isolate the issue further, we'd like to ask you to format the SD cards then do some test recordings then try to download/play the files again.
Make sure to save/copy important files to a computer.
Thanks!

Re: Android 9 update breaks gopro fusion video editing.
[ New ]I have formatted both cards to ExFAT (it was a full format, took a couple hours to do), and attempted to both record and take photos in 360°, in both cases the file is created, but on the phone it shows up with a thumbnail, but when trying to view it, there is still only a black screen. The same happens when viewing the camera feed live with the phone. I also tried connecting my roommates galaxy S8 (which is still running android 8) and it worked perfectly fine.
