Do you recall saving the edits that you created before you exited the Quik app? The app creates a folder in your phone's native photo app (Photos) where such edits are saved. Please check if you have them there. Let us know what you find out.

I think most were done on Quik, but they have all disappeared from the saved videos on GoPro app too.
They were definitely all saved as I had videos as far back as December last year on there. I had saved at least 3-4 new ones within the last week and I know I saved them as I remember playing the mini game while they saved. The Quik app had been crashing on me a lot during editing but saved ok.

Sorry about that. We haven't updated Quik App in a while since we are working on another app combining Quik and GoPro App.
When you make a Quik video you can save it as a draft which will be kept 7 days in your app, if you don't edit it, it will be deleted.
If you export a video, make sure to save it to your Phone and back it up on your computer so you're sure to keep it. Having and keeping all of your videos in your Quik App could not work well because it could take lots of space, at some point you may need that space anyway and you will need to delete the videos. Also doing a clean install of Quik can be needed at some point if the app start acting strange / crashing. Again this delete your video. I personally make some videos, save them, delete them and keep going like this because you can't accumulate videos in Quik, it will make the size grow and grow....
So ALWAYS save to phone / back up to computer to keep your finished edits.
