All Videos In Cloud Gone [ New ]

1. Upgraded to new Iphone

2. GoPro App wont allow access to cloud

    * Yes I am a GoPro Plus member with active subscription

3.  GoPro support has been stalling for days

4.  All of 2018 is gone ... and GoPro Support just keeps stalling.  

Unbelieveable!   The relationship with Gopro is painful.

I have tried to work with them and been patient with GoPro Customer Support.  Its been a week and they keep telling me the tam will respond and still no response to my case of why GoPro Plus wont recognize my subscrption.   I have had nothing but problems and delays with GoPro customer service.   I am sure all your going to tell is to keep working with GoPro Support ... Its a joke and disappointing.  All my videos saved for over a year are gone!
