Sorry about that.
Please make sure that:
- Your phone is updated to the latest OS version
- You have the latest version of the GoPro App (v6.2)
After you check everything is updated:
- Restart your phone
- Delete the camera entry from GoPro App
- Try pairing with the camera again.
If the issue persists:
- Reset Wi-Fi connection by forgetting GoPro first from the list of WiFi networks on your phone settings
- Then deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices.
Another thing you can do:
Check through your phone setting to see if you have anything getting in the way like that. VPN, anti virus, anything that affects your WiFi IP address.
