weshalb ist Suppert zur angegeben Zeit nicht erreichbar?

versuche zu unterschiedlichsten Zeiten aus Österreich - nun auch schon zu pacific standard time den support telefonisch zu erreichen - es ist aber offenbar immer geschlossen Smiley Sad  :-(

Едрена корень! Ну не ужели так сложно сделать это предложение что бы оно работало?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Обновил камеру с 4 перешел 7 блек. А приложение как было гомно так и осталось.

Hello @ИгорьМ6. What seems to be the issue? How may we help? Are you having issues with manually updating the camera firmware? If yes, a manual update might help. See below for the steps if you are using a HERO7 Black camera: 

  1. Go to the Update page and choose your HERO7 camera.
  2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system. r

The camera needs to be charged to at least 50% and the SD card formatted prior to the update process. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
