va terrible la aplicacion. principiante sin poder ver sus anteprimas de videos, como resuelve? [ New ]

Hola me serviria una gran colaboracion que esta gestion, quisiera editar pero tanto la aplicacion como los videos tienen un clase de corrupcion al momento de editar!, me serviria por lo minimo, tener la visual de los videos que tenga en frente a  mi, porque si no!, que hago????

What resolutions are these videos on?

If the app is crashing when editing, please go over the steps on Quik for desktop Crashes while Opening Create Mode
