updating hero7 black stuck at 0% Transferring files

I have my hero7 black attached to my computer and updating for over an hour and it's still stuck at 0%, while it states Transferring files.....

Any advice?

What SD card are you using?

It will be best to complete the update manually.

Make sure to save any important files before proceeding.
