Hello @bravelift845. Do you mean that the camera is not recognized by your computer? Depending on the operating system of the computer that you are using, the following troubleshooting steps will help:
- Camera is not Recognized when Plugged into a Computer USB Port
- Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac
- Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows
