It's likely an issue with the graphics card and drivers then. Try this:

  1. Right-click the Quik desktop icon
  2. Highlight "Run with Graphics Processor"
  3. Select the "Integrated" option. This would be the Intel Graphics card.

@baselr1500 - When you play the video on the camera and on other players, does it look like this, or is it only when you play it in Quik that it looks red?

I have the same problem. quik was working smoothly on my MacBook Pro but only today started to make a red screen.

 

the solution you mentioned I think it's only for PC not for Mac?

I have the same issue on Mac. Video playback in Quik was fine this moring, and now only plays in red this afternoon. 

 

Is there a Mac-fix too?
