One of the video files on my Hero4 Silver shows "Unable to view". Because of this file, I am unable to upload any files to my computer using a USB cord. The camera does not allow me to click on the file to delete it in order to upload the rest of the files on the camera, so I am not sure how to solve this problem!
Also, the camera has been exhibiting some concerning behavior after the discovery of this issue--not turning on right away, and it once made a high-pitched fan noise until I pulled the battery out because the power button wasn't working.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try manually copying the files to your computer using an SD card reader. After doing so, format your SD card and manually update your camera.
Hopefully, that solves the issue.
