quik

Buenas, acabo de descargar de nuevo la aplicación Quik en mi PC "Windows 10" el prolblema es que no se abre.

Alguna sugerencia, gracias.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. There are some troubleshooting steps in this article that will help: Quik for desktop Fails to Launch

Additionally, please try the following steps:

  1. ​Open Quik for desktop
  2. While on the login screen, select the "Help" tab above the Quik for desktop window
  3. Select "Restart with default settings"
  4. A modal will appear saying "Are you sure?". Click "Restart" once more.
  5. Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
  6. Go to the login screen and input your credentials.

@joseacutem02040, lamento escuchar sobre el problema. Hay algunos pasos de solución de problemas en este artículo que ayudarán: Quik for desktop Fails to Launch

 

Además, pruebe los siguientes pasos:

  1. Quik abierto para escritorio
  2. Mientras se encuentra en la pantalla de inicio de sesión, seleccione la pestaña "Ayuda" sobre la ventana de Quik para escritorio
  3. Seleccione "Reiniciar con la configuración predeterminada"

  4. Aparecerá un modal que dice "¿Estás seguro?". Haga clic en "Reiniciar" una vez más.

  5. Quik para escritorio se cerrará y volverá a abrir. Quik para escritorio aparecerá como si lo hubieras instalado por primera vez.

  6. Vaya a la pantalla de inicio de sesión e ingrese sus credenciales.
