Hi, I'm using Windows 10. The gopro desktop app now doesn't work at all. It has mostly been fine (occasional crashes) for the past 18 months on the same PC/Operating system. A while a go (couple of months) I was no longer able just to open the app directly - it would just hang indefinitely on the sign-in screen after I had typed my details in. However, it still opened okay when I inserted the SD card from my camera into the slot/reader in the PC.
Within the past week few days it has stopped responding (auto-starting) to the SD card being inserted even. I re-installed Quik and it worked again for a couple of days but now it won't start up or respond at all to being opened directly, being opened as administrator, being opened in compatability mode or safe mode, and won't open when the camera SD card is inserted. It is basically completely non-responsive.
