My desktop Quik app keeps crashing on my MacBook Pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. I've updated my iOS. I've run all the updates on my computer. Restarted heaps of times. Still I can't open the app and it keeps crashing and I have to force quit.

Kindly try these steps:
- Restart your computer.
- Create a new admin account and verify if the other account is able to open Quik for desktop.
- Uninstall and reinstall Quik for desktop.
If Quik for desktop launches successfully under your new admin account, then you'll need to locate and delete the goproapp.json file from the problematic account on your computer. Follow the next set of steps to do this.
- Navigate to C:\Users\<OldUserName>\AppData\Local\GoPro\goproapp.json
- Delete the goproapp.json file and relaunch Quik for desktop.

Please try to do this.
While the "Authenticating" message is appearing, wait 15 seconds, then close Quik for desktop.
Turn off the Wi-fi connection, then re-enable it.(Connect computer via Ethernet cable rather than Wi-fi if possible)
Now reopen Quik for desktop and retry the login.
