quik can not find my max. [ New ]

I updated already but the quik cannot find my new max.

also when the max connects with my computer by the cable, the computer cannot find it too. 

"USB connected" displayed on the max lcd.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, mein Win 10 Rechner kann keine Videodateien von GoPro Max öffnen.

Entweder keine Verbindung über Kabel mit der Max und keine Daten von der SD Karte.

Habe alle USB Geräte gelöscht, wie es in  der Anleitung steht, aber ohne Erfolg.

Habe die 360 Dateien auf meinem Notebook gespeichert, aber Quik erkennt sie nicht.
