Quick for desktop does not recognize hero 7Black.
USB and camera work good (I can see camera in file explorer) and I can connect the camera to my phone via go pro app
Software is version 18.104.22.1685
Windows 10 updated
Hero 7 Black v 01.80.00

The steps on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows should help you out.
You can also try this: go to Device Manager> Find GoPro> Select "Disable" then "Enable"
