no reconoce la hero 7 la quick desktop

Hola,

Conecto mi hero 7 a la laptop pero me la reconoce como mtp y en el quick no me aparece para importar achivos , desde el administrador de dispositivos intente actualizar, deshabilitar y habilitar pero siempre queda como mtp

Hi @alex00324,

 

May I know if you tried using other cable?

Or updating your portable device driver.

Just go to device manager > Portable Device > Look for your camera or MTP device > Update Driver > Browse My Computer > Let Me Pick from a list > Choose the second option then click next. 

Restart your PC. 

 

Please let me know if that will work. 

 

Another thing we have to consider is your SD card. 

Please make sure you're using a recommended SD card: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

Ya he probado las soluciones que mencionas, por ejemplo la de actualizar solo me aparece un solo certificado, lo segundo sobre la memoria uso una de las recomendadas y en otro equipo que tengo si me reconoce la camara pero empezo a fallar despues de actualizar

hola probe las soluciones sugeridas en el video pero sigue sin funcionar...

@alex00324, by any chance, have you already tried restarting your computer after reenabling the device? Additionally, run any Windows OS update available on your computer. Also, make sure that all drivers are updated to their latest version.

 

If the issue persists, use an SD card reader as a workaround.
