I plug in the camera and open the GoPro Quic. It will recognize the camera and the blue bar starts movign like it is working but will not load. It says that I need to unplug and reopen. I have done this at least 10 times what is the problem?

@toughrange5757, it could be the connection between the camera and your computer. Are you using the GoPro USB cable that came with your camera? You may also try using a secondary USB cable or plug the camera to a different USB port on your computer to further isolate the problem.
Alternatively, try using an SD card reader to connect your microSD card to your computer. The Quik for Desktop should be able to detect the SD card with your GoPro contents in it.
