This thread is pretty old and refers to some versions of our software that are now out of date. If you are having issues logging in, please download and install the latest version of Quik for Desktop at https://shop.gopro.com/softwareandapp/quik-%7C-desktop/Quik-Desktop.html.

I have the same problem. (GoPro Hero 5)
I could not login it's still authenticating for the entire hour. I have the latest updated MacOS version, no proxy settings nor other configuration in my router. Tried re-installing the software, tried re-download, tried re-installation but still doesn't work.
My login is working via web browser but my login IS NOT Working in your app "GOProQuick". Any insights?
