initializing deletion [ New ]

Hi Folks,

I have hero 6; after importing all files from a camera, the application failed to delete files on the camera.  ( I have set to auto-delete). Now when I plug the camera, it just shows initializing deletion when I press import.  It just stuck.  It is only 40 files.

I see on the forum a similar issue but no solution.

GoPro Quick 2.7.0.874

Mac OS 10.14.6 ( All patched)

Camera firmware update to the latest version.

@spyroot, sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you tried copying the files from the SD card to your computer? Once done, try to add the files as a Media Folder in the app. Let us know how it goes.
