infinite login

Hello good morning, I have a lot of time with problems at the beginning of the application, I put username and password and I do not do anything, it is very annoying, you have to install previous versions to be able to enter, with the latest version I can not enter anymore

The recently released update for Quik for Desktop(v2.6.2) is supposed to clear this authenticating issue.

To verify that your logins are good, you may try logging in via gopro.com first.

 

If it's still the same after verifying, please go over the steps below:

  1. Open Quik for desktop
  2. While on the login screen, select the "Help" tab above the Quik for desktop window
  3. Select "Restart with default settings"
  4. A modal will appear saying "Are you sure?". Click "Restart" once more.
  5. Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
  6. Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.

I installed the quik 2.6.2. and met the same issue.

 

I try to use the Restart with default settings to resolve the issue. but it doesn't work.

 

after login the quik, click anything, the login screen will popup.

 

is there any way to disable the login?

This solution doesn't work for me.

 

1. I installed the Windows version.

2. I can login the quik.

3. After login, the quik will show the login page again when I click anything.

Same thing here!!!

 

Opened a case with GoPro support and nothing for 6 days !!!! 

 

Case number: 05040322

 

How much time should i wait till escalation will happen? is it a "Pro" company??????
