i cant save my videos
[ New ]new here...so i click 3 videos on the media file to create and from create without messing with any particulars...i click save , it asked me for what format size (2k, 1080) so i pick 1080 and clicked save ...on the save edits theres the sound but no picture or videos . what gives?

[ New ]What are your computer specs (processor, RAM, Graphics card, OS)?
The Quik mobile app is a little more robust and offers more options so it might be worth considering if you want Quik style videos.
If you have GoPro Plus, downloading files off the cloud server generally will work better with the Quik desktop app as they are optimized to work with the app.

hope this helps..ive download from cloud and usb . its all good on create i can see my awesome creation but the save video only contains
the sound and no picture...thanks

A new version for Quik for Desktop (v 2.6.2) was released last Friday, June 15, 2018. Below are new features, fixes and improvements:
New Features
- Added "Restart with default settings" (Menu/Help) - To be used for any Authenticating issues/can't login
Bug Fixes + Performance Improvements
- Fixed: Sometimes the video playback displays black frames.
- Fixed: Sometimes saved videos are black.
- Fixed: Photos are seen as burst files when are added from folder.
- Fixed: Private link share wasn't disabled for non subscriber.
- Fixed: The keyboard arrows to navigate through media was only working in english but now are working in other languages
- Other general bug fixes and performance improvements.
