how to save video on Quick that is not in saved in the media folder

HELP:   I can see my video in the media section of Quick, but it is not saved in my media folder.  The other videos are in the folder.

Re: how to save video on Quick that is not in saved in the media folder

Hello, @susiebu. Following the file path C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Pictures\GoPro , see if you will be able to locate all the media in the storage folders. They may be separated by date. Are these individual videos? Chaptered files? Does the resolution setting used matter?

The file you suggested is in the settings section, but has an X by it and won't open.  Yes, the video is chaptered...5 chapters. don't know about the resolution setting. At one time this am, a message popped up about needing to save, but I didn't follow thru.

Re: how to save video on Quick that is not in saved in the media folder

Hi @susiebu

On Quik for Desktop, click on the Settings icon on the upper right-hand side.

Check the file path on Import Location and see which folder is set.

Search the folder on your computer and see if the files are there.

You can also try this, select the media you wish to locate under Media.

Right-click on the file, then select Show in Explorer.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Ej
