hero9 on Mac with Big Sur connects but no video [ New ]

My hero9 connects to Mac Big Sur but I see not video. Only the GoProc symbol.

Hello @aurelianot76. Just to clarify, are you trying to access your GoPro files in the camera when you connect it to your computer?

Please go to the HERO9 Black camera's "Connection" settings and tap on "USB Connection". If it is currently set as "GoPro Connect", try changing this to "MTP" and you will be able to access your GoPro from your computer again.
