FOUR hours to download my vid files!!!!! *&$*&%& !!!!!!!!
1.00AM - fiddled and fiddled, reinstalled Quick twice with re-starts of my iMac
looks like its finally almost done now - though Quick seems to have randomly picked the destination folder so it'll take more wasted time to find the downloads...
GoPro is a great product - when it works
Why would I, as a customer, recommend this BS to a friend????

I'm having the same problem with my Hero 5 Black on PC. On GoPro Quik, "No files to import" is shown on the screen. I tried switching USB inputs on my computer, but there was still no luck. My camera also seemed to have connected to the computer (camera says "USB connected" on the screen), but is not downloading all of the photos/videos. Although I'm not able to download all of the photos/videos onto my computer, the photos/videos are able to be shown on my phone through the GoPro (Capture) App.

I actually found a roundabout solution to solving the problem I was having: Place the GoPro's microSD into an adapter and input that into the computer. This should bypass the problem and allow the photos/videos to be downloaded to GoPro Quik.
