Were you able to login to the GoPro App, or gopro.com website successfully? Are you using the same email and password information to login to Quik for desktop? If you are able to successfully login to the GoPro App, or the website, try resending confirmation email, confirm email, then try logging in to Quik for desktop again.
To do this, click "Resend Confirmation Email" and see if you receive any emails from GoPro with the confirmation link. This must be done first in order for your account to be authenticated. Next, check if your email domain is a one-off, like "@ttc.ca" for example, then create a test email using yahoo or Gmail's service and try logging in once more. This step helps us determine whether it's the email or Quik for desktop that's not working properly.
If after this step, you are not able to log into the gopro.com website successfully before moving onto Quik for desktop troubleshooting, the next step would be to contact Support so they can walk you through further troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes.
