gopro app for desktop windows 10 [ New ]

every time i click any option on the app with my mouse, it brings me back to the sign in page no matter what i do, andthat isafter  isign in correctly, please help

Hi @muffassa,

Please try this. 

Create a new local account on your computer and uninstall and reinstall the app using that new account. 

Please let me know if that will work.

It didn't work, but, i down loaded the update to my cellphone, copied it to the camera's  sd card which was on my cellphone, then moved it to the camera, turned it on and - bingo - the update worked, on the quick app nothing works, we\ll let  GOPRO  team work it out.
