gopro 6 asus

so i have a my asus laptop that runs i the i 5 core i was wondering if there is any way that i can view and edit my 4/2k videos i keep getting a message saying that my computer cant read the data and im not sure if there is anything i can do on my end or if i have to but a brand new computer.

You might be trying to play 4K/2.7K videos with tagged as HEVC tat is the reason why your i5 core is not able to play them. Playing HEVC files on your computer requires that it has Windows 10 using the Intel Kaby Lake (or equivalent) processor and newer.  Check the articles below for more details:
