goPro Quik not responding after 2.6.2.841 version
[ New ]Hi,
When i try view media or create mode, gopro quik not responding.Before the update I dont have any problem.
I've just checked the forum but can't find any solution.Am I the only one getting crash app?

[ New ]Thank you for posting back, @christophe0072. It could have an effect as the update on your computer may have changed settings particular to graphics card or drivers. Although this case may not be exactly crashing on the app, but let us check if this maybe brought about by multiple graphics cards in your computer. This article provides steps to fix. Thank you for downloading the latest version. What happens when you view your media or go to create mode? Are you getting any error message or notification? I just tried viewing media and going to create mode in Quik (version. 2.6.2) through a Windows computer and it went fine so far. Try uninstalling and re-installing the app and see how it goes.

[ New ]I'm in the same boat. Everytime I try and open a video to watch within the app, the screen doesn't load and stays blank. Just comes up with "not responding" in the application tab. I'm not sure when the lastest update for Gopro quik was released but I did not have this problem last month 27th May when I last used the application..
I've tried reinstalling the app a number of times and it still doesn't work.
I have a Windows Surface Book with Windows 10 Pro and all updates are current.
Can anyone help?

The latest version was released last June 14. Is it already the latest version that you have? Does the not responding issue apply to all videos that you have on Quik, regardless of resolution settings?

[ New ]Yeah okay. The app version I have currently is 2.6.2.841 and I only have 1080p and 720p videos at the moment and doesn't play on either. I have updated my laptop since the end of May, could this have anything to do with it, could the settings have changed and for whatever reason not allowing the videos to play..?
Create mode also comes up as not responding.
