Hero 5 Black Windows 10. Brand new laptop (3 months old) Everything is updated and current, but for the most recent Quick update.
Videos were saved to external hard drive, when connected, I can see them on my computer but the folders are empty when Iopen them in Quick to upload for editing. I discontinued my Quick premium membership since I have never been able to upload the files in to use it. But I'd like to use it.

Have you already installed the latest version (v2.6.2) of Quik? Also, are the videos that you are wanting to import to Quik all GoPro videos? Please note that any videos/photos coming from 3rd party cameras will not be recognized in Quik for desktop. Do you get an error message when you attempt the import? Is the hard driver being detected by Quik? Hope to hear back from you with these details so we can assist further.

yea I use 220.127.116.111 and using gopro 6
its seems to be only be the 4k vidoes I cant import, its working perfekt with 1080...
(it worked before I reinstalled windows)
