dateien sind weg :-(

Bin gerade sehr verzweifelt. Habe mein erstes Video nach Anleitung importiert... nun finde ich keine Datei im angegeben Ordner und auf der Kamera lässt sich das Video auch nicht mehr öffnen :-(

Hello @evat0200. Try to see if you can trace the files through the file path information here https://gopro.com/help/articles/question_answer/Where-are-my-Quik-for-desktop-Media-Files-Stored

Which camera model and SD card are you using? Did you get an error while importing your GoPro media through Quik for desktop? Was the auto-delete file after import option activated? Which version of Quik for desktop is installed on your computer? These information will help us get a better understanding of what is going on. We hope to hear back from you.

Der Dateipfad hat mir leider nicht geholfen

Welches Kameramodell  und welche SD-Karte verwenden Sie?

GoPro Hero 7 Black

126 Sandisk extreme

 

Wurde beim Importieren Ihrer GoPro-Medien über Quik for Desktop ein Fehler angezeigt? -- NEIN

Wurde die Option zum automatischen Löschen der Datei nach dem Import aktiviert? - NEIN 

Welche Version von Quik für Desktop ist auf Ihrem Computer installiert? - GoPro Desktop App - aktuell heruntergeladen, Version nicht erkennbar

It is odd for the file to not be found even in the file folder, and to suddenly go missing from the camera. Have you been able to play the video on the camera prior to importing? Do you recall what resolution setting it was captured with? See if the file could be using HEVC which needs specific computer system to be viewed. There is more information about HEVC files here.

 

To ensure that you have the correct version of the Quik App for Desktop (not GoPro App), try installing it from this link https://shop.gopro.com/softwareandapp/quik-%7C-desktop/Quik-Desktop.html 

 

If you haven't yet, check if your SD card still has the file. Insert the SD card directly to your computer using an SD card adapter. Also, there is no 126 GB card that is compatible with the camera, unless it's a 128GB card that you have. Which SanDisk Extreme card are you using? If your card still has the files, you may use other programs to view the file. If not, we recommend reaching out to the SD card manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
