dopo aver istallato quick sul pc  e collegato  la videocamera  il progeamma non rileva la videocamera

The steps on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows should help you out.

If connecting the camera via the USB cable, launch Quik, plug the camera then power it on.
