I have delete all the products Gopro from the mac et install again bet it's always the same!!!
Gopro studio works but Quik no

My error message for the 2 latest versions of Quick when it fails to run is EXACTLY the same as yours. GoPro support just say 'Contact Apple' but if 2 of us are having the same problem, I think it's an issue with the GoPro software.

This is what I got from GoPro Support last time. I asked how I could completely remove Quik as I think that there might be something left behind by an earlier installation. I haven't tried it yet.
Again I would recommend contacting Apple about the admin account issues.
To resolve the issue that you're experiencing, you'll need to delete the plist file on your computer and restart the program. Here's how you locate the plist file:
- Open Finder
- Look along the top of the menu bar (along the upper left corner on top of the computer) and click, 'Go'
- Hold down the 'Option' button and the word Library will appear. Click it
- Double Click to open the Preference folder
- Look for the 'com.gopro.GoPro-Studio.plist” file and delete it.
- Relaunch GoPro Studio
Please note that this process is for GoPro Studio, you may be able to do it in Quik
