can't find fusion [ New ]

My mac won't find my fusion to import the files. If i use an sd-card reader to import it wont recognize the files i get a (218) Error.

It sounds like there could be an issue with the way the files are being saved within your Fusion. First thing to check are that the SD cards you're using are compatible with the Fusion. We have a list of recommended cards at https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/SD-Cards-that-Work-with-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394308. If you have access to two other cards that are on this list, please try those to see if that solves the issue for you.
