authentifizierung desktop-app

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich kann mich nach dem Download der GoPRo Quik App auf meinen Laptop nicht anmelden. Dort steht nach Eingabe der erforderlichen Daten "Authentifiziere..."

Was muss ich tun?

Are you able to login to gopro.com/login successfully?

 

If yes, have you been able to login to Quik for desktop previously? If this is the first time, click "Resend Confirmation Email" and see if you receive any emails from GoPro with the confirmation link. That must be done first in order for your account to be authenticated.

 

Next, check out the email that you are trying to login with. If the domain of the email is a one-off, like "@ttc.ca" for example, then create a test email using yahoo or Gmail's service and try logging in once more. This step helps us determine whether it's the email or Quik for desktop that's truly not working properly.

 

Let us know what you find out.
