audio from video is garbled

I have a GoPro Hero 7.  When I copy file from SD to hard drive and play in Windows Media Player audio is fine.  When I import file into movie editing program (Magix) the audio is mostly garbled and static filled but if I listen carfully any speaking is at high speed - like playing a 45 RPM record at 78 RPM.

Re: audio from video is garbled

Hi @rossm36

Since the source files are playing back fine, it may be on the editing app you are using.

See if there are other settings that need to be adjusted.

Thanks!
