Hi Everyone!

 

Please try these additional steps:

 

Kindly try this: use the Activity Monitor to see what GoPro processes are running.  
If anything other than goproapp.devicedetectionservice is running when Quik is not running, force quit them. 
If nothing is running when Quik is running, the message bus may not have started.

What kind of other processes do you mean? There are a lot of other processes. It seems an error appears when russian users run theyr programs (with cyrillic encoding in system). How to change the language of program while installing? There is no choice.

The program language is dependent on the language set on your computer.

 

Please close any GoPro process other than goproapp.devicedetectionservice

Then relaunch Quik.

If we talk about Windows - it doesn’t help. You can try everything: reset settings to default; uninstal/reinstal Quik, close background processes via Task Manager.
It. Doesn’t. Help. At. All.
I suspect the only way to fix it is to change system language to English or other latin language. I can’t do it because my home PC came with single language Windows 10 Home edition.

I've done the all things that they supposed to do. Now the program doesn't start at all.

Remember the time i hadn't that problem. Anyway, thank you for the camera.
