Same problem, the problem still could not be fixed.
OS: Windows 10,
Quik Desktop: V 220.127.116.113
Cam: Hero 6 Black.
After first login, when I click the video, it will request to login again.
Cannot edit any video, nothing can do, so frustrating.
When I want to call the support HK(+85 25 8014585), the phone call cannot be connected.
When I want to chat online for support, it always show "Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later.".
I would like to add GPS overlay to my cycling video by Qiuk, so that bought the Hero 6 Black.
And I am regret to buy Hero 6 Black since the after sale service of GoPro is unsatisfactory.
Except this formus, no any other ways can be contacted the support team of GoPro.
