When is the no files to import problem going to be fixed

I have had this problem since I received the gopro hero5 black.  I have done everthing currently have to remove the card and manuelly remove files.  I have tried all the fixes reformat, uninstall and re install but nothing works.

Please try to contact GoPro Customer Support to have it checked. 

 

You may also try to install a new firmware manually.

Please try to contact GoPro Customer Support to have it checked. 

 

You may also try to install a new firmware manually.

Tried customer support.  After several hours of working with them. They concluded import does not work with windows 7.  I cannot upgrade to window 10 as I have too many programs which will not run on Window 10
