I am trying to download media to my comp. I find the date and do a "select all" and download, very little of the media downloads to my computer. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!

How are you transferring the files to your computer?
Is it via SD adapter or through Quik for desktop?
Have you tried using CTRL button to select the files?

I have exactly the same problem! It's when downloading media from GoPro Plus in a web browser. You click 'Select All', click 'Download' but only a small number of random videos download from the selection making it nearly impossible to download all your content without having to manually go through one by one - which I'm not willing to do because of the number of videos I have to download.
I've been having this issue since July. I've tried different web browsers, different Operating Systems all with the same results.
I then downloaded 'Quick' to my Mac but when I sign in it shows just 3 days worth of content and I can't see any way to make the rest appear.

See if any of the media that were not downloaded were dated 2018 or older. We may have found a resolution to this case. At this time, back in 2018, we were only allowing users to download the compressed versions of the media. So in reality, the older 2018 were compressed to 1080 resolution and uploaded to the cloud.
When we introduced a revamped version of GoPro Plus in 2019, we allowed user to upload the actual source original file into the cloud infrastructure, and have the ability to download that particular file at both compressed and original quality.
Overall, anything back in 2018 and before is compressed format and 2019 and further is the original and compressed formats. This being the case, see if the media dated 2018 or older can be downloaded by choosing compressed file over original quality.
Let us know what you find out. Thanks!
