We have encountered an issue loading music, please restart application and try again

I can't get Quik to do anything!  Every time I try to pull a clip down, this error message comes up.  I restart and get the same thing.

Are you using a Windows computer or a Mac?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

What version of Quik are you using?

If you haven't yet, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Make sure to save/backup any important files before proceeding.
