We have encountered an issue loading music, please restart application and try again.

I have been dealing with this issue for over 2 months now, what is the solution> I am surprised with so many complaints this has not been resolved, and yes I am on latest version of Quick

@arianas187, typically, deleting the MusicService.db file in the Finder library should help resolve the issue. To do this, close Quik for desktop, then follow the steps below.

  1. Open Finder window
  2. Click Go, hold alt and select Library
  3. Select Application Support and com.GoPro.goproapp.GoProMusicService
  4. Next, select Databases and delete MusicService.db
  5. Relaunch Quik for desktop and the error message should stop appearing
