Videos not playing

I can view the videos just fine on the camera "Playback". However, after uploading to Quick, I only see a green screen with a very thin line of video at the top.  The sound is fine.  What is going on?

@dmnoirot - Issues with playback on Quik for Desktop are often linked to the computer's graphics card and/or graphics drivers. Here are some steps to get your drivers updated:

  1. Right-click the Quik desktop icon
  2. Highlight "Run with Graphics Processor"
  3. Select the "Integrated" option. This would be the Intel Graphics card.
