@dmnoirot - Issues with playback on Quik for Desktop are often linked to the computer's graphics card and/or graphics drivers. Here are some steps to get your drivers updated:
- Right-click the Quik desktop icon
- Highlight "Run with Graphics Processor"
- Select the "Integrated" option. This would be the Intel Graphics card.
